  4.  No more burden of paperwork.
  5. Perform credit checks of broker or shipper before accepting any load.

DSI works with owner-operators who operate anything from a single truck to a full truck fleet. However, our ideal customer would be using 20 or fewer trucks. We also collaborate with manufacturers who use designated lanes to deliver and dispatch their goods and also look for rear and front hauls to prevent trucks from being empty.

We are here for you, no need to find loads and do burdensome paperwork. We will do it all for you.

We need the below-mentioned documents from you:

  • Current active insurance certificate reflecting industry norms of $1,000,000 Auto Liability and $100,000 Cargo Liability insurance,
  • Complete I.R.S. form W9.
  • MC authority acceptance document.
  • Dispatcher-Carrier agreement filled and signed. This is not a term contract.
  • Dispatch authorization form filled and signed. In this form you authorize Dispatch Services Inc, to accept freight loads for you, fill out Brokers/Customer Carrier set up packets for you and sign Load confirmations and contact your insurance company for every load. It is like a power of attorney where you authorize us to book loads for you in your name and you don’t have to fill out any paperwork.

(One of our Representatives will e-mail your company our standard Dispatch-Carrier agreement and Power of Attorney). Also, your company should be able to provide at least three (3) references, but in no case are the references required.

Dry Van,  Flatbed, Reefer, Step-deck, Power only, Container/Chassis

Call your independent truck dispatcher from anywhere, from your home, your yard, where you delivered your last package, or any truck stop. it does not matter.

Just the current week. You can stop using our services whenever you choose; just let us know by email why you’ve stopped using them, and we’ll remove all of your personal data from our database.

We never assign more than 4-5 trucks per Truck Dispatcher. We want to ensure that each and every client is serviced appropriately, and we’ve determined that Truck Dispatchers are most effectively and efficiently utilized in dispatching 5 or fewer trucks.

You won’t need to worry much once you submit all the required paperwork. After that, a DSI dispatcher will be assigned to you. After that, a DSI dispatcher will be assigned to you. Your designated truck dispatcher’s duty is to understand your lane, schedule, and type of freight to be carried. DSI Truck dispatchers are professional and have a good understanding of the freight market. Our remittance techniques are designed to keep you and your equipment operating at profitable rates.

Once we start working together, you won’t need to complete any more documentation to move freight for shippers or brokers unless specifically requested to do so. We do our best to handle all paperwork for you, however, if a certain Broker or Shipper demands more, then yes, we can need more papers

We’ll find your freight through brokers/shippers and connections developed through our professional networks

We will use brokers/shippers that pay the highest freight per mile. If your company is worried about the broker/shipper’s ability to pay, we can perform credit checks if desired. We only accept freight from reputable freight brokers. Numerous freight brokers regularly call us and offer us their freight cargoes for our fleet of trucks. They have come to understand that by submitting their freight loads to our Owner Operators base, they will receive professional assistance and, more significantly, they don’t have to post their goods on load boards.

Our Truck Dispatcher will start looking for loads once we have all of your paperwork and freight requirements. They will review lane, rate, weight, kind of freight being carried, single or multiple pick/drop choices, and other important load information while presenting you with the best load options. If you reject the load, we will keep looking until we find one that suits your needs.

Our truck dispatchers are educated to locate the best-paying freight and always use sound judgment. We constantly insist on a reasonable per-mile rate that will satisfy our customers

All parties involved will receive an email with the initial rate confirmation once a load is booked. The driver will receive a text message or email including all the load details from your designated truck dispatcher.

Of course, not every freight load that our truck dispatchers locate for you will excite your interest. If there is a freight load that doesn’t match your requirements, simply tell us NO. Your truck dispatch will keep on looking for a freight load that suits you until he/she finds you one that you like.

We recommend drivers should have a smartphone or similar Tracking App, and ELD Tracking with us so that dispatchers can follow the driver in response to any check calls from brokers, shippers, or customers.

We have plenty of local loads available from brokers/shippers. Enjoy easy runs, spending less time traveling, and more time at home while making more money!

We simply provide a cost-effective service to motor carrier companies interested in outsourcing their truck dispatching needs. Once you have delivered the freight with clean BOLs, payment can be expected either through (a) the broker/shipper or (b) your factoring company if utilizing one.

We never get involved in a carrier’s billing processes in receiving the payments

However, the driver will be responsible for providing us with any appropriate paperwork, such as a signed BOL, as soon as feasible.

Generally, a carrier using a factoring company gets the payment directly into their bank account within 24-48 hours of the load completion. A carrier uses a factoring company’s service because of the high operational costs and lack of liquidity associated with running a trucking business. Typically, a carrier has some recurring costs like driver, and staff salaries, gasoline, insurance, vehicle payments, maintenance, breakdowns, etc.

We strongly advise carriers to use this service unless they have good operating capital or a strong balance sheet

Usually, all payment terms and conditions will be reflected in the rate confirmation; however, upon request, we will provide you the broker’s/set-up shipper’s contract. A broker’s/shipper’s contract thoroughly describes their payment terms and conditions.

No. These issues must be discussed with the broker/shipper and/or the factoring company of a carrier. They will deal with you directly, however we can ask them on your behalf.

While further arrangements are being made, you can deposit the payment on a weekly basis.

The fee will be billed on Monday for the previous week’s delivered load only and payment will be automatically withdrawn from the carrier’s bank account (no additional charge) or credit/debit card at an additional 3% charge.

Once the load is booked, DSI will continue to serve you, unless canceled due to broker/shipper. The Carrier can engage us as representatives to negotiate detention rates at the greater of $40 or more and DSI will charge 10% of the detention payment.

We try that this does not happen, but sometimes there are situations over which we have no control. Once a load is booked, unless canceled due to the broker/shipper (our terms and conditions are stated in our contract), the charge varies from $100 – $300.

In general, consumers look online for anything they need in today’s market as soon as they can, and freight services are no different. DSI is aware of this and wishes to aid transportation firms and owner-operators in promoting themselves.
